WDN does not ask for or collect your Pinterest password. Pinterest handles the login and authorization process.

Except for campaign analytics Pinterest permits us to retain, WDN does not retain information obtained through the Pinterest API. We request current information from Pinterest when needed to provide the service. We securely retain authorization tokens only for as long as needed to maintain a connection you approved.

When you use our website or services, we collect some or all of the following:

• Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, and general location based on your IP address.
• Pages viewed, links selected, dates and times of visits, referring pages, and service activity.
• Cookies and similar technology used for security, preferences, website operation, and measurement.

WDN takes action on a connected Pinterest account only with the account holder's knowledge, authorization, and direction. This includes creating, scheduling, publishing, saving, editing, or deleting Pins and managing approved campaigns.

If our service offers scheduled publishing, you must choose or approve each Pin and its publishing instructions. WDN does not publish content, modify an account, or take engagement actions without your approval.

You have the right to revoke WDN's Pinterest access at any time through your Pinterest account settings or by following the deletion instructions below.

We disclose personal information only to:

• Vendors that provide hosting, security, payment processing, analytics, communications, and customer-support services.
• Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, and auditors.
• Government agencies or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security.
• A successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

Service providers receive only the information needed to perform services for WDN and must protect it.

We do not sell Pinterest API data. We do not disclose Pinterest API data to other advertising services, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We do not combine one client's Pinterest account information with another client's account information. We show information from a Pinterest account only to the account holder or authorized users working for the account holder.

WDN does not sell personal information for money. WDN does not sell or share information received through the Pinterest API for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not use Pinterest data to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Pinterest authorization tokens are retained while your account connection stays active. Permitted campaign analytics are retained only as long as needed to provide the reporting or advertising service you requested.

After you disconnect Pinterest or submit a verified deletion request, we delete stored Pinterest authorization tokens and permitted Pinterest data within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. Residual copies in protected backups are removed through our normal backup cycle within 90 days and are not used for other purposes.

You have the right to disconnect WDN through the connected-app settings in your Pinterest account.

You also have the right to request deletion by emailing WholesaleDigitalNetwork@gmail.com with the subject line Pinterest Data Deletion Request. Include:

• The name and email address connected to your WDN account.
• Your Pinterest username or business-account name.
• A clear request to disconnect the account and delete associated data.

We will ask for information needed to verify your control of the account when necessary. After verification, we will revoke the connection and process deletion as described in this policy. We will confirm when the request is complete.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards include access controls, secure connections, restricted credentials, and limited access based on job duties. No system provides absolute security.

Depending on where you live, your rights include some or all of the following:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete personal information.
• Receive a portable copy of certain information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent when processing depends on consent.
• Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request where local law provides that right.
• Submit a complaint to your local data-protection authority.
